Methods of Payment

You can place your order over the telephone and advise me of your card details. Your card details are destroyed once your order has been placed – Silvery Ltd do not store customers financial details.

We also accept cheques in £ sterling made payable to Silvery Ltd, please call Silvery Ltd on 07973 381 883 or email Mark Gardner at markwgardner@me.com to place an order.

Shipping And Handling

Purchases will be shipped via Royal Mail within 48 working hours of payment being received by Silvery Ltd.

Returns / Cancellation of order

We endeavour to supply the highest quality products, should you wish to cancel or return your order we will refund the purchase price of the products provided that they are returned unused within 21 days of purchase. DVDs must be returned in original, unopened packaging.

Credit Card Security

For payments made by telephone, all card details will be destroyed once the payment has been confirmed.
